As in culture and way of life? I want to do a cultural home for the high school stay in one of the two. I dont tell anyone, because they, or Anime Japan Hello Kitty fanatic, but for the life acual and go to school in one of the two.

Depends on what you are looking for. Both countries have to provide excellent education and technology.
