No matter how well thought may have been your move to Spain, it can happen if you are a little homesick. You may miss your old friends, or the speed It comes with your post office, theater and shows, or the reliable power supply.

You may even miss the cold drizzle on a Monday morning and the heat well on a Friday night curry. Homesick feelings do not usually take too long and often go on strike only if you a little time low.

A good strategy in place to fend them off and deal with them if they strike you from feeling blue.

Wisdom is that there are three stages of the common homesickness:

1. Exaltation of the Cross – Everything is so new, fresh and exciting. You are living in the extent to which a whole new world and every day is an adventure. This is a bit like the natural high that the tourists occurs. It usually lasts for several weeks or even several months in certain cases, but unlike the tourists, you will not be back home after soaking worth a few days of cultural attractions.

2. Frustration – Everyone has at some high end and usually it comes with a bump. What am I doing here instead of going home, where I go? I miss my friends and family. I miss a walk through my hometown and reading the local paper.

3. Acceptance – Well, things are not perfect here, but things are not perfect anywhere. At this point you have learned to settle down and accept this society Your role as it is. It starts at home sometimes feel. They begin to make some friends among the locals, learn the language and a little of the customs and social norms.

Here are some tips to make the process of becoming a happy home:

Talk About It
————-
Believe They do not, you're the only person feeling sad. Your partner or neighbors can also Get The Blues occasionally. To help you share your feelings, and you can come can, with opportunities to reduce them in the future.

Keep In Touch
————-
A good connection with old friends family and allows you to be informed about their lives and keep, you will also remember what you have now.

Phone – make sure you get a good international reputation for the best suppliers and call home as often as your friends and family
can not stand you.

Snail Mail – The post office in Spain is still slower than in the UK and can sometimes be quite unpredictable. Do not feel too heart broken if you think everyone has missed your birthday – Hundreds of Cards can be transferred only on the road or!

E-mail – an infinitely more meaningful and potentially very reliable solution for keeping in touch with friends and family. It will also reduce the risk of a pest than to love you in their own time to respond. This solution does not require a mobile device with e-mail function or Internet connection.

Blog – Keeping a "web log" (online diary) your adventures in your new home offers an outlet for their experiences to share and also enables your family and friends at bay for you to see how you're doing. There are many possibilities, easy and free to set up a blog and a diary (with the best will be published each year) at http://www.nativespain.com/?a=2

Find People Like You
———————
Get in touch with other foreigners through online forums or social events. You can find other expats chat, and contact with http://www.nativespain.com/?a=2

Here are some good forums, if you "talk" with other expats:
http://brit.meetup.com

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fincasinspain
href = "http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lifeinspain"> http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lifeinspain
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ExpatFocus

Think Positive
————–
Make a list of all the reasons you came to Spain in the first place – to the list long and elaborate, with all the reasons why you left your home country and all the reasons why you chose Spain.

Really an effort with this – all your feelings and thoughts, no matter how crazy they might seem to someone else. Then the next time you are when you become discouraged, check your list.

In your new culture Get Involved
——————————–
One of the fastest and propose sustainable way blues is homesick for Spain have been at home. Included in the culture, living from day to day, get the fun and festivities.

Make friends in the Ferretería and the fish shop. Gossip with the gas man and girl in the sausage shop. It is tempting to only mix with other foreigners, especially if you live on a housing estate. This could be a mistake. Many expats on the estates, only there are sporadic, and there they go "can go home," you have had a worse. Make sure you get a good grounding in the real Spain.

Finally, if you still unhappy feel, then you may need to make the decision to return. Do not feel bad about this – you would not know if you do not give it a go!

Moving to a foreign country can be intimidating and finding the best place to rent can be daunting. Dubai expatriate population steadily increasing and the demand for rentals is high. Unfortunately for tenants has resulted in the skyrocketing rents. About half of UAE residents spend about 30% or more of their salary on accommodation expenses. Despite the Costs, most expats opt to lease, especially in the UAE for short-term contracts, rather than to invest in the property market. To facilitate Many of these are looking to rent a property in Dubai, the government has passed a law which provides that no rent increase is not accounted for 7% of the annual rent does not exceed may impose. There are also several new developments underway that should take some pressure off the market in the near future.

Housing is usually part of the expat package. Although in the past, companies would account for the entire rental amount, the trend now is for expats to be allocated a certain percentage of the total annual costs for accommodation, the rest being paid for out of their salary. Others note fees when renting include a security deposit (refundable At the end of the lease if the rent than those in good condition, by the landlord), possible parking fees, monthly utilities, municipality charges (usually) 5% of the lease, and 5% commission if you use the services of an estate agent. Maintenance and repair of the property covered by the landlord. Tenants are not allowed to make changes to the structure of the property inside or outside, without the permission of the landlord.

The rental agreement is often drawn between the landlord and the tenant companies operate / sponsor. If an expat signs the lease himself he must have a visa or a residence permit at least one Letter issued by his employer confirming that a visa is being processed. The normal duration of a lease is one year. Unlike in many countries, where rent is payable monthly, in Dubai in the year the rent is paid in advance, usually with 2 or 3 checks. For example, in the case of the semiannual payments, the first 6 months of the lease are paid off immediately with a current from the check, while the rest of the year with a post-dated check. (Short-term furnished monthly accommodation in Dubai is available but it is often more expensive.) It is important to understand that once the lease is signed, the tenant is bound by the treaty. To terminate the lease, the tenants would have the permission of the landlord. That being said, the rental laws in Dubai actually favor tenants. Landlord can not force tenants, without a very good reason to leave (for example, the property for personal use) is missing. Even if the lease for one year only, as long as the tenant does not break all aspects of the contract, it is assumed that the lease be extended. The municipality has established a special department, the Dubai Rent Committee will review all disputes between Landlord and tenant.

After expenses, the situation is probably the biggest factor in determining where to rent. Dubai is in two of the Deira Creek, with split (or "Old Dubai") on the one side and "New Dubai" on the other. The decision to hire, where you are working on factors such as accessibility to schools, Shops and hospitals. Some of the most popular locations are for rent:

Garhoud: located near Dubai International Airport and offers a low-rise apartments and vacation homes at affordable rents.

Mirdiff: a recent development, consisting mainly of villas, past the airport.

Bur Dubai: near Bur Juman Shopping Center and offers low-cost housing.

Downtown Deira: cheap low-rise apartments are readily available in this area is even if work or schools are on the opposite side of the bay, the traffic can be a nightmare.

Satwa: a nicely located area between Sheikh Zayed Road, Bur Dubai and Jumeirah located, with low-rise apartments and cheap villas. It is believed that zoning regulations in the near future for Satwa change will enable the development of skyscrapers.

Jumeirah / Umm Suqueim: ideally located near parks, the beach and schools, this is probably the most popular Area for the European and local communities, upscale villas and townhouses.

New Dubai Developments: including The Greens, Arabian Ranches, The Lakes, The Meadows, Emirates Hills and Dubai Marina and close to Dubai Internet City. Many offer gated, family friendly communities with access to swimming pools and other leisure facilities.

The search for Dubai rental property can be substantial Find listings in the classifieds, or directly from the developer as Alpha Real Estate, Arenco Real Estate, Cluttons UAE, Better Homes and Century 21 Search for the perfect place to lease can be very time consuming and seems overwhelming. Understanding UAE rental laws, only with a reputable broker, and the investigation The best locations are all part of making the search for an apartment or villa in Dubai successful. About the Author:

The medical staff and medical jobs in the Gulf region have been odds-on favorite for the year by trained physicians. There is not just a regular Demand for skilled workers in this field to work incentives in the Gulf region, very high. Talking from Dubai, it is the most popular career destination for expatriates. One, because it is the land of sun and sand. Two, because of all the Gulf states, Dubai, the most liberal in their lifestyle and culture. So many, most foreign workers, a job in Dubai Country. In the medical field, are all looking for nursing jobs in Dubai. There are world-class hospitals in Dubai, which offer lucrative contracts to maintain expatriates.
